In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing apartment communities within Saratoga County, Warren County, and the Greater Capital Region. Tasks include plumbing, electrical work, painting, cleaning, construction, demolition, landscaping, snow removal, pest control, and more. This position offers stability in compensation and scheduling, the opportunity to develop and expand your skills as a tradesperson, and the potential for promotional opportunities as a Property Services Supervisor or Renovation Specialist.
